Cognitive behavioral therapy-We will focus on how thoughts and feelings influence behaviors, as well as how self-destructive behaviors can lead to psychological problems. We will focus on flipping from a negative to a positive narrative. Solution-focused therapy-Solution-focused therapy involves identifying a problem and creating a solution based on your strengths. Task-centered practice-Instead of focusing on the past, we will be using task-centered practice to focus on the present and how the work you do on certain tasks will positively impact your future.
You should expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. My role is to offer you insights into your experiences and provide evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions. We will work on appropriate and tailored coping strategies for your specific issues and concerns-not one size fits all.
