What does a first session with you look like?

I will help increase your self confidence in navigating through difficult times and situations. I will increase your coping skills with evidence-based techniques that will make it easier to cope with depression/ anxiety...etc. Most of all, you will not feel judged, and will have someone who truly cares and wants to help you function optimally!
