What does a first session with you look like?

I utilize modalities and also modify treatment models to meet my clients' needs. I do not believe in a one style fits all and it is a passion of mine to meet clients where they are at. I hope clients leave our sessions feeling heard, encouraged, and walking away with new skills to practice in daily life experiences.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize Gender Affirming therapy to nurture identity exploration and discussion, Exposure and Response Prevention to support OCD symptom reduction, and Prolonged Exposure and/or Trauma-Focused CBT to walk alongside folks as they reclaim their narrative from traumatic experiences.
