What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing for over 29 years and a certified relationship coach for 6 years. I practice an integrative approach to counseling informed by the Mind-Body connection, Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavior, & Solution-Focused in addressing Individual Concerns, Anxiety, Trauma, and Grief, By clearing out old conditioning, past trauma, limited mindset, & somatic disconnection.
