Work HistoryOver the past six years, I have worked across outpatient therapy, community mental health, and residential treatment settings. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support people through a variety of life experiences while deepening my understanding of the lasting impact that stress, trauma, relationships, and major life transitions can have on emotional well-being. Working in different settings has helped shape a flexible and thoughtful approach to therapy. It has strengthened my ability to recognize each person's unique experiences, collaborate on meaningful goals, and tailor the therapeutic process to fit their individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Today, my work is grounded in a human-centered, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based practices, including EMDR. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
