What is your style/approach to therapy?

Therapy is not a one size fits all. I will utilize a variety of methods depending on your needs and what you bring you to session that day. Generally, I will pull from CBT, DBT, Strengths based, Mindfulness and Motivation Interviewing.

Therapy should be a collaborative process that provides a safe space to rediscover your strengths, while understanding and creating meaning from experiences, relationships and culture. Integrating our past and present empowers us to become creators of our lives rather than observers.
