They also affect us physically with muscle tension, stomach complaints, shakiness, headaches, sleep problems or fatigue. If this sounds familiar to you, please contact us. ​Many of our clients have experienced challenging work or family circumstances, chronic illness/injury, traumatic events, high pressure academic/ athletic/artistic performance or other major life changes. We offer practical, interactive and immersive treatment for anxiety and stress. Sessions can be held in-person at my office in Westborough, MA or virtually. For over 20 years I have helped clients become more resilient and psychologically flexible. We focus on how anxiety/stress impact both our thinking and physical being. Our goal is to help strengthen emotional self regulation, lessen physical discomfort, while promoting creative and healthy thinking. These strategies may allow for a more enjoyable and relaxed life. In addition to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), I utilize innovative technologies (biofeedback and virtual reality) to make the therapy experience more interactive and immersive. Clients enjoy this and report feeling better in a shorter time and with sustained outcomes. Innovative ways to help clients are constantly evaluated. ​
