What is your style/approach to therapy?

After 40 years in the field, I borrow from many psychotherapies. I favor Solution Focused Therapy. One hour of empowering you to create solutions is worth 20 hours of analyzing problems. Still, I understand that the most important quality of great therapy is to be found in the trusting relationship between you and me, rather than my preference for a particular type of therapy.
