Work HistorySince I obtained my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, I have been working with diverse population and presentations. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. My background includes work in anxiety, trauma, depression, life transition, women's health as well as relationship issues. My work with individuals is grounded in helping them process the false narrative that hold them back. Only when you free yourself from the grip of the past that you are able to thrive with a deeper sense of identity, self worth, and confidence. My work with couples and families focuses on helping them decode the patterns that keep them stuck and equip them with the tools to restore broken relationships.
