Learn more about my:
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I started to become a good advisor and listener and people genuinely trusted me with their issues . I also started to take great interest in couples' work. Once I was convinced it was a calling, I enrolled in the marriage and Family Therapy program at Northcentral University where I graduated from with by Masters degree.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I believe that everything has a solution, and CHANGE is always possible. The elements of my personality that transpire though my approach to therapy are my ability to pay attention to details, my sense of compassion and warmth. In the mist of distress I can can remain calm and stay solution oriented.
What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, we will just introduce ourselves, then ask my client to give me an overview of what is bringing them to therapy. We will go over their background, what their expectations are for therapy. I believe the most important thing out of the first session is to instill hope.

Work History
Since I obtained my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, I have been working with diverse population and presentations. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. My background includes work in anxiety, trauma, depression, life transition, women's health as well as relationship issues. My work with individuals is grounded in helping them process the false narrative that hold them back. Only when you free yourself from the grip of the past that you are able to thrive with a deeper sense of identity, self worth, and confidence. My work with couples and families focuses on helping them decode the patterns that keep them stuck and equip them with the tools to restore broken relationships.
