What is your style/approach to therapy?
At the heart of my work is building a strong connection with my clients. I believe that feeling seen and understood is essential for deep engagement in therapy. I create a space where you feel comfortable being upfront about who you are and what you want to achieve. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where my role is to guide clients to discover the solutions and strengths that already exist within them. Considering this, it's important for me to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, whether that's exploring childhood experiences, setting weekly goals, or brainstorming solutions. I strike a balance between providing structure and allowing clients to lead. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to implement meaningful steps that lead to a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I am an adaptable and well-resourced clinician. I enjoy pulling from various modalities and techniques so that therapy can be as impactful as possible for you. The modalities I rely on the most are psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). When working with me, clients can expect to learn more about tools like breathing exercises, reflection, progressive muscle relaxation, grounding exercises, meditation, and more!

Work HistoryI am a Licensed Social Worker in PA and a Licensed Certified Social Worker in MA who uses a strengths-based perspective, believing that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I also specialize in working with BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ adults. However, my time at Council for Relationships in Philadelphia allowed me the opportunity to work with clients of various background. That experience honed my ability to help clients who feel stuck—whether that’s in their relationships, thoughts, careers, or life in general. My goal is to help clients feel less stuck by providing collaborative, direct support focused on problem-solving and implementing lasting solutions. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm inviting space where I’ll be honest and hold you accountable to your goals. I aim to cultivate a healthy sense of challenge that encourages you to work toward meaningful change. My hope is that you’ll feel grounded and supported as we tackle life’s difficulties together.
