What does a first session with you look like?

During our work together, we will work to identify the sources of your pain/suffering keeping you stuck, spiraling, and/or in survival mode. We will tap into your inner strengths to address the needs of your body, mind, and spirit and carve a pathway for healing. We will examine current thinking/behavior patterns, as well as take a look at your current ways of coping that may no longer serve you. Together, we will work to create more balance and meaning in your life. Although change can be scary, taking the first step to improve your well-being brings you one step closer to your desired life.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I believe as humans, we are all unique in our own ways. Each of us holding our own experiences, dreams, fears, sorrows, strengths, and struggles. I aim to meet you where you're at utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions and experiential therapies.
