Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing a wide range of challenges. I’ve supported clients living with chronic pain, those struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD, and individuals navigating the lasting effects of PTSD. I’ve walked alongside people in seasons of grief, divorce, and major life transitions, as well as those dealing with caregiver stress or the unique dynamics of blended families. I’ve also worked with clients who have experienced difficult or abusive relationships and are working to rebuild their sense of safety and self-worth. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that no two stories are the same. What matters most is creating a space where you feel understood, respected, and equipped with the tools you need to move forward. My goal is to meet you where you are—whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support—and to help you discover steadier, more hopeful paths ahead.
