What does a first session with you look like?
The goal for my client at our first meeting is for the client to have a better acceptance of the challenges he/she is facing and to provide effective techniques to help cope with the challenges and symptoms. ?�?There isn?�?t anybody out there who doesn?�?t have a mental health issue, whether it?�?s depression, anxiety, or how to cope with relationships.
