What is your style/approach to therapy?

CBT, DBT, EBP prescribing, Minimal benzodiazepines if possible, Humor, a great deal of teaching and sleep medicine

What does a first session with you look like?

I would hope that patient feel cared for, listened to, understood and hopeful, when we finish our session together. I hope that they look forward to meeting again and have solid input and guidance on their mental health coping skills and enjoy our time together.
