Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I am my own best type of client. I work best with those who I have have similar experiences like anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing. I know what it's like because I've been there. Through my own therapeutic work, I've found that I can utilize my own experiences to provide an even greater level of care for my clients. I know it's tough to admit you're not "all that," even though it may look like it on the outside.
