I utilize various questionnaires and assessment techniques too scale the intensity of your symptoms and to aid in a precise diagnosis. PHQ-9, BDI, HAM-D, GAD-7, HAM-A are just a few that helps give me an idea of where you start and your progression.

During our first session I will learn more about who you are. I will ask questions related to your everyday life, including work, home, social etc. We will identify your symptoms, discuss diagnosis if needed and formulate an individualized plan. That plan may include medication management and necessary follow ups. During follow-ups this gives us a better chance to work together. You can let me know if our initial plan works or if there is anything that needs to be changed. This also gives you a chance to give me any information that was not given in the first visit. We will also discuss progression and/or any new issues that possibly need to be treated.
