What is your style/approach to therapy?
Navigating substance use can be one of the most significant challenges you will encounter. For individuals, I can support you in a variety of ways—from harm reduction to sustaining long-term recovery through abstinence. For families and couples, learning how to support one another as well as creating space for yourself as an individual is done through identifying what's important to you and finding ways to let our behaviors reflect these values. In our work, we will view change as a process, and take time to reflect on the process of your change. My therapy approach is truly integrated through many treatment approaches, and I try to find what will support you most to meet your needs.
