In 2017, I transitioned to private practice to emphasize compassionate, preventive care. I’m trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Children (DBT-C), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT).
