Work HistoryI have been working in the mental health field since 2009. During that time I have had the pleasure to work with a variety of client populations that include intensive residential, school-based, and outpatient counseling serving youth and adult populations with psychosocial challenges as well as substance use disorders. I work with adults who are having challenges with stress, burnout, anxiety and depression as well as substance use disorders. I have a particular focus on men’s issues such as career, family, and fatherhood. I identify as a humanistically oriented counselor who truly believes in the partnership model of counseling. My primary treatment methods are a Person-Centered approach with supplemental structure of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
