Work HistoryMy career began in community mental health. I began working with teens and adults in recovery from substance use addiction as well as mental health struggles. Working with this population has helped me gain experience working with clients who may have multiple areas they want to work on while in my care. Today, I help hard workers manage their anxiety and help avoid getting burnt out by re-establishing a work/life balance. Together we'll work on finding out what hasn't been working for you. We'll identify the needs of your mind, body, and environment to help you regain that stability. I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology to help you re-establish a positive relationship with yourself. Whether you're managing overwhelming life stressors, setting healthy boundaries, or dealing with cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can seem intimidating but you are taking the first strong step in getting your power back. In our sessions together, I will meet you with open ears ready to learn about you and your needs and with evidence-based tools you can use to overcome these setbacks. I look forward to working with you!
