What does a first session with you look like?

After working with me, you will gain self awareness about triggers to your negative feelings, thoughts and behaviors. You will learn better ways to cope and manage your day to day functioning.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My expertise is in Brainspotting, CBT and Prepare Enrich Curriculuum. I may use a combination of other treatment methods and modalities such as art, role play exposure, journaling and various homework tools and worksheets to assist with reaching your goals.
