MI (Motivational Interviewing) which is client-centered and elicits behavior change Anger Management techniques DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) approaches which include emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness Psych-education on coping skills and self care
First session will focus on understanding Patient needs and goals to determine if I am the right fit. Once established, Patient can expect to have open minded and non judgmental conversations to get to the root of issues while using different therapeutic approaches.
