I provide a safe and peaceful atmosphere that empowers you to face your challenges, embrace a new way of thinking, and make changes that positively impact personal growth. Let's work together to help you make the changes you so desire.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

With over 20 years in the counseling field, it has been my experience that we are what we believe. Those same beliefs prevent many from seeking counseling because of misconceptions. Although participating in therapy can be intimidating, I focus on integrating faith based principles with clinical counseling interventions, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to offer my clients an enriched and collaborative therapeutic experience.
