My clients can expect a warm, supportive and therapeutic environment that is diverse and welcoming. Guidance is given to assist in creating goals while building on personal strengths and resources to overcome and meet life?�?s challenges.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My integrative approaches are tailored to fit the need of each individual. I often draw from cognitive behavioral techniques used for overcoming negative thought patterns as well as dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and the use of psychodynamics referencing how the past influences the present.
