I believe that every client can grow. Adopting an eclectic approach, my therapeutic style draws from emotion focused therapy, psychodynamic, person-centered, multicultural, and feminist approaches. I recognize the importance of acknowledging the diversity of my clients, including their intersectional identities. My approach infuses a sense of humor, sarcasm, curiosity, and genuine empathy into the therapeutic relationship.
