Work HistoryI began my mental health counseling experience at Renewal House, a domestic violence shelter in Massachusetts, where I worked with residents from 2015 to 2018. After earning my Master of Occupational Therapy in 2018, I worked primarily as an occupational therapist in hospital, pediatric, early intervention, and home health settings. In March 2024, I returned to mental health counseling through Grow Therapy, providing individual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and parenting challenges, recovery from domestic violence, and major life transitions. I am currently transitioning from Grow Therapy to my independent private practice, where I provide telehealth counseling to adults in English and Portuguese.
