Work History I work with people (18+) with concerns related to anxiety/stress/panic, depression/low self-esteem and relationship issues. I work with people when worry and stress interfere with their ability to work, have meaningful relationships, or carry out daily routines. I work to create an environment that fosters growth and understanding in order to challenge maladaptive thoughts and behavioral patterns and work towards living a more present-focused, values-driven life. Clients gain new skills to better manage and regulate emotions, cope with stress and build the capacity to bounce back from adversity. One of my core principles is to empower individuals to take control of their lives and navigate challenges with resilience. I use ACT, DBT skills and CBT. Clients will gain a deeper understanding of their thought patterns and learn practical tools to manage emotions and responses, thereby expanding their psychological flexibility. I also administer CBT-Insomnia, which is a short-term highly successful treatment for insomnia. My approach is always trauma informed and sessions are tailored to your individual needs and progress is at your pace. We will set goals together. Life is hard, you don’t have to struggle through it alone. I don’t keep my openings updated on this platform. But you can message me for information.
