Something to know about my approach is that I understand that clients may feel hopeless and frustrated, and that is validated in our therapy together. My goal is to help clients regain hope and use their frustration as fuel to overcome ptsd, depression and anxiety. Together, we can find a solution! Treating symptoms of depression & anxiety that result from stress, trauma, or adjustment. I help process traumatic events to identify triggers & cognitive distortions so you can make sense of negative patterns of thinking & behavior. Using a combination of talk therapy and psychoeducation, clients learn coping skills, break free from negative behaviors & reclaim their happiness.
