I have worked with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, adolescents in crisis, and individuals struggling with various addictions, codependency, anxiety, and OCD. I utilize integrative and trauma-informed therapies that incorporate mind, body, and spirit. Traditional modalities such as CBT and narrative therapy are combined with holistic modalities such as mindfulness and expressive arts can be used to heal the entire person instead of simply managing symptoms.
