What is your style/approach to therapy?

I pride myself in meeting clients where they are and their treatment needs. I typically utilize the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Person-Centered and others as they fit client's needs.

What does a first session with you look like?

I hope that clients are able to take away a sense of accomplishment around working on improving themselves whether big or small. I hope to provide a safe space for this growth and continued work towards personal goals established by you.
