What is your style/approach to therapy?

What does a first session with you look like?

Clients can expect to feel heard, gain a sense of hope and clarity with their diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as feeling encouraged to continue their mental health journey. I also want clients to understand the importance of collaboration with counselors and/or therapy for treatment, and the importance of utilizing coping skills with the use of medication.
