Work HistoryI have worked in community-based mental health, public schools and private practice for most of my career. I bring a person-centered, strengths-based, and open-hearted approach to my clients. I worked with a wide range of clients, from adolescents, college students to parents and adults. Many of my clients are men or creative types who come from the LGBTAI+ community. I specialize using in narrative and ecotherapy techniques for building coping skills, relaxation and getting outside the office when possible, which can help symptoms with anxiety and depression. I also run mutual support groups for aspiring artists and men's group centered around the story of the Hero's Journey.
