I have extensive training in goal-setting, mission statements, and hypnotherapy and following up with each to make those dreams come true. I do like to give practical small assignments that are simple and easy to incorporate outside of therapy so that in the sessions that follow; we can start to see transformations and really see an upward cycle in the quality of your daily living. If you are a practicing Christian, I will also incorporate God's word and pray with and for you!

You can expect to identify areas of frustration, anxiety, or unwanted thoughts or feelings and begin to transform them into states of happiness, bliss, peace and contentment. You can then begin to choose different behaviors so that you can make improvements without being harsh with yourself but learn to have a compassionate, empathetic, and healthy relationship where every other relationship then stems from- within yourself. This in turn will also give you a better platform to make those dreams and wishes come true. You will have a better understanding of what obstacles are keeping you from progressing and what you can do to overcome them. You will be encouraged to implement your goals on a gradient.
