I strive to create a safe space for clients to uncover their potential and highlight their strengths to provide empathetic, holistic, and person-centered care.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My treatment methods for clients are person-centered and integrate evidence-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and more.
