What does a first session with you look like?
My counseling approach is warm, open-minded , empathetic ,empowering, and direct. My goal is to provide psychological safety and building a theraputic alliance with my clients to facilitate their exploration of their thoughts,emotions and presenting concerns. Through our theraputic collobartion you will gain increase personal insights, adaptive coping technquies and building self-regulation skills.
