My mission is to build strengths, instill hope, and cultivate resilience to move my patients towards a more fulfilling life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I empower my patients to be able to manage their mental health, either through medication alone, with therapy or with different modalities, including diet and exercise. I provide evaluation, medication management, health education/coaching.
