I have an eclectic approach, tailoring his technique to meet the unique needs of each client. I combine evidence-based therapies with a warm demeanor to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, assertiveness training, and internal family systems.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting individuals in their journey towards emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns, gain insight into their thought and behavioral patterns, and develop effective strategies for personal growth. I primarily work with adults (18+) experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
