What is your style/approach to therapy?
I focus on using CBT and Person Centered. I begin session topics wherever the client is comfortable. As time progresses, I find clients open up more about their concerns and the best ways to receive help so I remain open to the uniqueness of every person.

Clients can expect to gain a better sense of self, the issue(s) that brought client to therapy and have a treatment plan on ways to reach their goals.
