What does a first session with you look like?
I work as a guide to help women and their families develop a vision of the future they desire to have. I understand that every client is unique, therefore she uses therapeutic approaches/techniques that tailor to each client to meet their specific needs.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I create a therapeutic atmosphere where they can feel safe an experience a sense of validation and freedom to express themselves without being judged and re-victimized. I help my clients practice self-love and recognize their importance despite their painful past experiences.
