I utilize a combination of treatment modalities including principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Oriented Therapy, Adlerian Psychology and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I use the Gottman Method for couples' counseling and Brainspotting for trauma treatment. Additionally, I use elements of yoga, breathing and meditation philosophy and practice to help integrate counseling with your lifestyle, healing and overall wellness.
After our first session, you'll share your story with me. I'll be listening for continued assessment with compassion and interest. Based on what you share with me, I will offer education, feedback and direct instruction or specific treatment strategies with holistic, integrative strategies to help you move forward. We will work together collaboratively to help you reach your goals.
