What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a Masters Addiction Specialist; certified in DBT; Grief and Loss; Solution Focused; and Level 2 Reiki Master. I utilize mindfulness skills, and can teach you how to thrive with stress in your life, and how to move through fear that can keep you from stepping out of your comfort zone. When you step outside your comfort zone, the zone expands.

What does a first session with you look like?

What I find most important is for people to be able to cope with grief and loss effectively, so you’re not living the rest of life with stuck emotions, or unresolved hopes and dreams. I’m here to encourage you, and motivate yourself to set goals to live your best life. Grief issues can be from loss of relationships, jobs, loved ones, health issues, and more. Bringing our truth to the light can set us free from any thing that holds you back in your life.
