Education
Walden University, Master of Professional Counseling, Specialized in Trauma, 2014 — I hold a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in trauma, allowing me to offer tailored support to clients who are navigating difficult experiences. This approach helps clients heal in a safe, non-judgmental space, with strategies that empower them to manage and overcome trauma in a way that fits their unique needs.
Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. In community mental health, I learned how essential it is for people to have a safe space to explore their struggles, especially when it comes to trauma and its long-term effects. As I specialized in trauma therapy, I trained in methods like EMDR and somatic techniques, which help clients process their experiences both emotionally and physically. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, from those healing from childhood abuse to individuals recovering from more recent traumatic events. What drives me is the belief that healing is possible for everyone. My approach is deeply personal and empowering, meeting each client where they are and helping them rebuild strength and resilience in their own time and way.
