If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?

I feel that the book, The Secret(by Rhonda Byrne), has influenced me the most. This book talks about the power of positive thinking, the Law of Attraction, and quantum success. I found this quote from Wayne Dyer to be helpful: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy/Psychology and a Psychodynamic approach. I am easy going, professional, and utilize humor(when appropriate). I would be honored if you chose me to accompany you on your healing journey.

Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?

People want to be listened to, cared for, supported, and the like. I am a good listener, empathetic and love helping people.
