Get To Know Me
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Lack of judgment and a sense of comfort. I want my clients to show up and be authentically themselves. Whether they just rolled out of bed or are on a lunch break. I want to fit myself wherever makes the most sense for them. I thoroughly believe clients are the experts in their own stories. They draw the path and together we fill in the blanks of what's happened and what's next. I want my clients to feel completely safe to tell me the things they feel they can't share with others due to fear of judgment or shame. It should feel like the safest place to be yourself, process your feelings, and even acknowledge your own missteps along the way.
