What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to always have support from me but also be challenged in order for growth to happen. I will always be transparent and communicate and be open to all feedbacks on how clients can best be helped and make the most out of sessions.

I work from a CBT and trauma informed background/approach. I see a person through psychosocial and biological lenses and how the different factors can affect a person?�?s life experiences.
