In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
As someone with lived experience who has dealt with functional and social anxiety, functional depression, disordered eating, trauma, and a late in life ADHD diagnosis (I’m a splash of neurospicy), I've also been on the receiving end of therapy. I recognize the value and impact that working with a therapist who was a great fit has had on my quality of life and ability to transition out of surviving to thriving. My goal is to help other women who have had similar experiences that I have.

Work HistoryI’ve been working in the helping field for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of settings and with diverse populations. Some of my professional experience includes but is not limited to outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatric treatment, alcohol & addictions counseling, anti-trafficking, domestic violence, organizational leadership, and clinical supervision. And while I’ve worked with many amazing people and in so many unique settings, I now focus my gifts, talents, strengths, and passion in my work as an eclectic private practice therapist working exclusively with women.
