What does a first session with you look like?

The goal of sessions is simple: Leave better than when we came. More specifically, to assist in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marital/couples issues, stress reduction, and any other mental, emotional disturbance

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize primarily 3 types/styles of therapeutic interventions. 1.CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)- focusing on inaccurate or negative thinking. ?�? 2.Solution focused brief therapy- developing goals for desired life and learning skills to execute plan. ?�? 3.Interpersonal Therapy- improving relationships and social skills to reduce distress.
